Ironically, amid reassurances of the current "most peaceful era in human history", Obama urged European leaders to step up their efforts to fight ISIS which has terrorized the whole European continent, and he also revealed that the US will be sending an additional 250 Special Forces troops into Syria, a conflict that has taken the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and turned millions of refugees.
