Trump signs a YUGE $350 billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia.

Donald Trump has just sealed the biggest arms deal in the history of the U.S, with Saudi Arabia. The agreement, which is worth $350 billion over 10 years and $110 billion that will take effect immediately, was hailed by the White House as "a significant expansion of…[the] security relationship" between the two countries. Now in case people don't know, or don't realize, Saudi Arabia is an Islamic fundamentalist theocracy which supports one of the most fundamental and radical interpretation of Islam (Whahabbism). Saudi Arabia, and members of its Royal house are directly implicated in funding extremest Islamic terrorist groups all over the middle east, and especially in Syria. Now this fundamentalist Islamic theocracy will become a military regional superpower, all thanks to Donald Trump, the man who said repeatedly during his campaign that he will fight Islamic fundamentalists. The deal will provide Saudi Arabia, the world's largest importer of weapons with top-tier equipment and services including missiles, bombs, armored personnel carriers, Littoral Combat Ships, THAAD missile defense systems, and munitions. Saudi Arabia is the primary destination for U.S. arms sales, according to the Council on Foreign Relations, with the Kingdom purchasing nearly 10 percent of U.S. exports from 2011 to 2015. President Barack Obama's administration brokered more arms sales than any US administration since World War II - estimated at $200bn. They sold Saudi Arabia alone $60bn in arms, which sparked criticism by many peopel concerned with Saudi Arabia's alleged human rights violations and its ongoing bloody war in Yemen. However, the Obama administration put a hold on precision-guided munitions it had agreed to sell the Saudis out of fear that they would be used to bomb civilians in Yemen. The Trump administration has freed up those weapons, which are part of the $350 billion package. The biggest winners of this deal the are of course the Trump administration, the U.S. military industrial complex and Saudi Arabia, which will become a regional military superpower. However the biggest losers of this deal are the people who live in the middle east, and especially in Yemen, where Saudi Arabia have been waging a brutal war against the Iranian backed Houthi rebels, a war which saw numerous Saudi led coalition massacres of Yemeni civilians, massacres that were perpetuated thanks to the western planes bombs and weapons the Saudi army had in its possesion.
